We reserve the right to reschedule classes based on student enrollment, faculty availability, and business or climate conditions. 

If your registered student cannot attend class, simply contact us and let us know that you have a replacement wanting to sit in and we are glad to accommodate.

If, due to climate conditions or Acts of God we are not able to hold a training class or other educational events, including the annual conference, we will reschedule as soon as possible.

Please be judicious in booking registrations, as we must then obtain commitments from instructors and schedule resources. You may substitute one course for another, or a space at our annual conference, based on our approval. We can issue credits but do not issue cash refunds.

All certification holders must renew every 2 years, and provide documentation showing they have completed 20 continuing education credits. If you have issues, we are willing to work with you to keep you in compliance and maintain the integrity of our certifications.
